Frankincense Resin

Made from the Boswellia tree - Frankincense resin has been used by a multitude of cultures and religions for thousands of years.  It's smoke is said to purify and is often used in ritual to sanctify space. 

Preliminary studies have shown its scent to be helpful in reducing feelings of anxiety and depression.
