Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $25! Once your cart total reaches $25 or more, you will see the Free Shipping option show up in your checkout after you've entered all your information.

Shipping times shown in your checkout are carrier quotes for how long it will take to get your package to you once your order has shipped. Since we are a small family business, please bear in mind that it will take some time for us to get your order ready to go, and that we always want to give it the care it deserves before it leaves our hands! If you need something by a certain day or to reach someone for a special occasion, please shoot us an email at info@stellalunallc.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Once we've packed and shipped your order, you'll get a shipping confirmation email in your inbox and this will start the clock on the your quoted shipping time. Keep in mind that any carrier delays due to inclement weather, high volume times of the year, etc. are not within our control and we appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you!

First Class packages are NOT insured. If you would like insurance on your order, please select the Priority Mail option for shipping.

Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or any lost or missing packages. Please be sure to enter information carefully and contact your local post office to resolve any delivery issues.
