Hydrosols are fragrant waters created by steam distillation of plant material.  They are less concentrated than their essential oil counterparts, bringing out a more gentle expression of their botanical scent without compromising any magickal intensity.  

Clary Sage is wonderful when doing intuitive or psychic workings as it helps to bring clarity of vision and opening of the third eye.  It is also commonly worked with to produce feelings of euphoria and assists in relaxation and stress relief.  A favorite plant to help balance PMS, painful or irregular periods, and relief from painful cramps.  

Some ways to work with Clary Sage Hydrosol Spray*:

• Spray over head and on Third Eye prior to divination workings
• Mist Tools like cards, crystals, or pendulums
• Spray Sacred Space or Altar 
• Mist heating packs before use for cramps
• Spray on pillow for dream divination
