Athame Round Wood With Brass Accents
The athame is traditionally a black handled ritual knife - sometimes associated with the element of Fire, sometimes the element of Air. It never slices or cuts anything on the physical plane, but is used for directing energy - such as when one casts a circle. It also sometimes represents the male aspect in the great rite enacted with the chalice.
This athame features a slender double-edged blade and a black, faux-wood grip. 10" total length
