Athame Roman Handle
The athame is traditionally a black handled ritual knife - sometimes associated with the element of Fire, sometimes the element of Air. It never slices or cuts anything on the physical plane, but is used for directing energy - such as when one casts a circle. It also sometimes represents the male aspect in the great rite enacted with the chalice.
Created in a Roman styling, this athame knife features a wide, triangular stainless blade almost as wide as its brass cross guard and pommel, and has a carved spiral cut black wood handle coated finish. 10" total length
